From walking through the 28 acres of heritage listed forrest, swimming in the pool or dam, playing or learning guitar, the drums, the piano or just playing games in the games room, skating or scootering on the full size skate ramp, visiting the winery next door, working out in our alfresco gym, warming yourself by the fireplace or just relaxing upstairs with the view or downstairs with the most comprehensive BBQ setup in the country. You will love every minute here.
The Space
The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 king, 3 queens and our 'forest bunk room' with 3 king single bunks made from live edge timber logged on the property. There are 2 living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs both with large TV's connected to all the online free to air channels as well as Netflix, Kayo, Disney and Stan. The upstairs living room also has a 12 seat table setting and a toasty wood fire, (we supply all the firewood). Our 6 x 12 meter games shed boasts an F1 car simulator, ping pong, pool, air hockey, table arcade game, massage chair, drum kit, electric guitars and amplifiers and a 3 meter wide projector screen connected to all the same services as those in the house. Outdoors there is an alfresco gym, comprehensive outdoor BBQ area, upstairs deck with lounge and 10 seat table setting. The Pool (that is heated year round) has an adjacent lounge under a pergola. We also have a skate ramp and 28 acres of heritage listed forest for you to walk around in. There are walking tracks that go the whole way around that make for a beautiful walk.
